Stay Fit Through The Arts, Inc is hosting a Summer Next Level Dance Event featuring Fox 5- So You Think You Can Dance superstar Rudy Abreu. Mr. Rudy Abreu will be providing two session of CONTEMPORARY MASTER DANCE CLASSES for the community. Beg/Int @5pm and Int/Adv @7:15pm This event is geared to bring awareness to the benefits of a healthy lifestyle in combating diseases, introduce a fitness alternative, and learn some cool dance moves straight from California. What better way to present this event with our featured guest and help us to continue to promote healthy living, performing arts, and education. Our mission of this event is to improve, educate, and mentor children to improve their fitness as well as nutrition through this event. Portion of the proceeds benefits the low income communities and individuals feeling the effects of diseases from lack of exercise. We will have vendors and information given out to minister to the children and parents to better their nutrition habits. Games, giveaways, and raffles will be available for Participants.
